Just can’t stress enough the great couple of days we had with Sierra mtb.
Special thanks to Alexis,Clive and John for being more like mates than hosts.
Bruises and scratches aside another truly memorable time.

White Villages Tour June 2018

Thanks to all of the team for a fantastic trip. We enjoyed all of the rides, the scenery was fabulous and the weather was kind to us.

This trip felt like a proper adventure, riding cross country with a new hotel each night with bags moved in the support van. The countryside was in full spring flower mode with fields of sunflowers and poppies in abundance. Lots of climbing and lots of descents through beautiful andalucian countryside with fantastic views.

A special mention for Clive who showed so much patience mentoring me. Thank you Clive! Also a big thank you to Mary for ferrying our bags around and for the excellent company. It was good to meet Natalia, who rode with us. Thanks for sharing your excellent photos Nat!

Alan , as always the most laid-back host with a fantastic line in banter and a wonderful way of dealing with waiters!

Thanks also to Alexis and John for guiding us on a local ride in Fuengirola on our final day and Carmen for the breakfasts at the house in Fuengirola.

We were made so welcome by everyone that it felt like travelling with friends.

I just wanted to say thanks to you and your team.

John, Ash and Alexis were great. They gauged my competency subtly and perfectly, and tailored the route and ride to just push the boundaries of my fitness and ability level.

John guided me down the mountain (in one piece), but also gave some great mentoring tips and helped me improve my technique (particularly on the switchbacks).

The hire bike was perfect for the job, well maintained and John set it up nicely for me.

You have a very warm and welcoming team, with just the right amount of sarcasm and banter.

In short, I had a great time; challenged myself and learnt a lot in the process. I couldn’t ask for more, and I hope to tag along for another ride soon.
