Update on Pam Moore Messick

The following was posted August 22 on CaringBridge by a friend Pam and Ken Messick.
She was able to spend a few days with Ken and Pam. Pam is doing about the same, no changes. Thursday she did begin the Avastin and chemo treatments. She tolerated the treatments well. She will have treatments every two weeks.

Pam is weak and does not have much stamina. She has always had problems with her back and that continues to cause her pain. She does walk around the house unassisted occasionally. Most of the day she spends resting/napping in her recliner and watching TV. She loves to eat out just about every day.

Chris will be flying in this Wednesday for a few days. Allen and his family will be visiting Labor Day weekend. Ken and Pam are looking forward to their visits.

Your faithfulness to pray for Pam and her family is the greatest blessing and greatly appreciated. Thank you!
