Thank you for this wonderful site! I am loving looking back at the old photos and reading the memories. I have stayed in Pembrokeshire and work in South Pembs Hospital as a Physiotherapy Technician. I am fortunate enough to have been able to stay in touch with quite a few of my friends from Grammar School days.

Found my school years difficult and so left in 1969 and went to Neyland Tech to do secretarial course, which i enjoyed very much. Worked at Hancocks Shipbuilding from 1970 to 1971 when i left to get married. Worked at Firth Cleveland from 1971 to 1973 when i left to have my first son(who is married and has 4 children n 1 grandson). My daughter was born in 1975, is married and is currently living in Singapore with her husband, no children. Did various jobs for a few years until i left Pembroke in 1984 after my divorce. Had 3 more children with my 2nd husband(whom i divorced in 1997. Had to give up work due to ill health in 2007. Now looking forward to the birth of my 5th grandchild in August but before that the reunion in May which my sister(Teena) and i hope to attend....Have enjoyed looking at the Penvro site and photos....

I left the school in 1973 and joined the Royal Air Force. I spent 24 years in the RAF ending up as an electronics engineer. I now work for a Japanese Bank in the City of London as a senior IT Systems Engineer.

Very interesting site, brings back some lovely memories. Although I live in Staffordshire now, i come "home" every year with all the family to catch up with friends and relatives. I have 3 daughters, and 5 grandchildren, Sophie, Fay, Gareth (who luckily is as mad about rugby as I was!) Rhiannon and Lewis, who all love Pembrokeshire too. Will be attending the next reunion where I am hoping to catch up with a few old friends.
