actually I'm looking for a machine that can under our type of climate freeze 2.5kg * 2000 pieces of bagged-water into ice blocks within 8 to 10 hrs.
i know the size 'll be big, but is there a way you can construct it like a fish chilling cold room, but instead of fish i rather use it to freeze 2.5kg of bagged waters.
Nigerians need this type of bagged-ice-blocks for re-use in chilling other things because of constant power outages.
