Oh saint Teresa, thank you so much for your intercessions for me and my family especially during my wife's pregnancy. Thank you also for you intercession for me in place of work.

Help me pray to God to look with pity upon my elder brother, Robert, who is faced with the difficulty of securing a good job; May the Lord intervene on his behalf to the greater glory of His name, amen.

I had the privilege of teaching first grade at Shrine of the Little Flower from 1979 to 1984. I have many wonderful memories of that time. It was a great teaching experience. JMD

I started first grade in Shrine of the Little Flower in 1930. We lived on Brendan Avenue across from the school. Moved away in 1934. Moved several times. Graduated from Oil City PA High School in 1941. Joined the navy and retired after 20 years. Married in Japan. Now 87 years with 4 children, 7 grandchildren and 3 grt grandchildren.

I am alumni of shrine of the little flower, i attended k-5th grade. I was baptized in the church, received my first holy communion and my family is very well affiliated with the parrish.

Married...happy...etc.
Never just happen to bump into anyone I went to Shrine with.

In response to LaVere Suresch Backhouse, the school was sold a few years ago. The convent was also sold. Yes, it is sad. I believe that the school is being used as an alternate school by the city. The church and rectory are still functioning. There is the Little Flower Alumni Assn., 2854 Brendan Ave., Baltimore MD 21213, with 1,100 members. They sponsor bull roasts, reunions, etc. and send out newsletters to members. Jack, 1958.

I just read a comment that said that the SLF is closing! Please...say it isn't true!

I attended the Little Flower back in the 50's and was married there in 1960. I wish you had photos of the inside of the Church. It was such a wonderful time back then.
